Supplementary Data Protection Information – Booking ÖH-UWK Family Rooms

The ÖH-UWK is the data controller. As part of the online booking process, we process the data you provide (name, address, contact details, booking details).

Purpose:
The processing serves to reserve, process and confirm your booking, as well as to contact you in the event of organisational queries.

Legal basis:
Fulfilment of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

Recipients:
Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. IT service providers in the context of data processing on behalf of the controller).

Retention period:
We store your data for the duration of the booking process and beyond, in accordance with statutory retention and record-keeping obligations.

Your rights:
You are generally entitled to the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Complaints may be addressed to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
