III.  PROVISION OF THE WEBSITE AND CREATION OF LOGFILES

1.      DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

The following data is collected:

  • The user's operating system and its interface
  • The user's internet service provider
  • The IP address of the user
  • Date and time of access and time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

The data is also stored in the log files of our system.

2.      LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6 (1) lit f DSGVO

3.      PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. We also use the data to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. The data is not analysed for marketing purposes in this context.

These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit f DSGVO

4.      DURATION OF STORAGE

The data is deleted or anonymised at the end of the respective session.

If the data is stored in log files, it is deleted after 14 days. The data is not stored beyond this in a form that enables the data subject to be identified.

5.      RECEIVER

Your data will be passed on to web hosts and website administrators.


IV.  USE OF COOKIES

1.    DEFINITION OF COOKIES

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension ‘anonymizeIp()’, which ensures anonymisation of the IP address by shortening it and excludes direct personal reference. This extension means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

V. DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF ORGANISING AN HPV VACCINATION CAMPAIGN 

The controller processes the personal data provided for the purpose of organising an HPV vaccination campaign. We base this processing on Art 6 (1) lit a in conjunction with Art 9 (2) lit a DSGVO (consent to data processing). This personal data will be deleted after the vaccination. If the person responsible asserts a claim for compensation, for example in the event of non-appearance, we base the processing on Art 9 (2) lit f DSGVO. We will then process the aforementioned personal data until the time of settlement of any monetary claims on your part. The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. Failure to provide it would mean that participation in the vaccination appointment would not be possible.

VI.  ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1.      GOOGLE WEB FONTS

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the standardised display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit f DSGVO.

2.      GOOGLE MAPS

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit f DSGVO.

VII.  PROCESSOR

In some cases, we use external service providers (so-called processors) to process personal data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored.

VIII.  TRANSMISSION OUTSIDE THE EEA

In the following cases, we transfer data to recipients based outside the EEA:

We transmit your IP address (in anonymised form if necessary), information about access to websites (URL) and estimates of demographics and age to Google. The legal basis for this transmission is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes (Art 6 Para. 1 lit f DSGVO).

IX.  YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH DATA PROCESSING

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) grants you as the data subject certain rights, which we draw your attention to below. Please note that these complement each other, so that you can only request either the rectification or completion of your data or their erasure.

1.      REVOCATION OF CONSENT

The ÖH-UWK stores and processes your personal data on the basis of your consent. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the time of revocation.

2.      RIGHT TO INFORMATION

You can request information about the origin, the categories, the storage period, the recipients, the purpose of your personal data processed by the ÖH-UWK and the type of processing.

3.      RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION AND ERASURE

If the ÖH-UWK processes data about you that is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that it be corrected or completed. You can also request the deletion of unlawfully processed data.

4.      RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

If it is unclear whether the data processed about you is incorrect or incomplete or is being processed unlawfully, you can request that the processing of your data be restricted until this question has been finally clarified.

5.      RIGHT OF OBJECTION

Even if your personal data is correct and complete and is lawfully processed by the ÖH-UWK, you can object to the processing of this data. However, this is only possible in special situations for which you have to give reasons.

6.      RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You may receive the personal data processed by the ÖH-UWK, which the ÖH-UWK itself has received from you, in a machine-readable format determined by the ÖH-UWK or instruct the ÖH-UWK to transfer this data directly to a third party of your choice, provided that this recipient makes this technically possible for the ÖH-UWK and the data transfer does not conflict with any unreasonable effort or legal or other confidentiality obligations or confidentiality considerations on the part of the ÖH-UWK or third parties.

Finally, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
