Childcare

Childcare costs covered

For short-term childcare shortages, the ÖH-UWK has concluded a cooperation agreement with the flexible childcare facility ‘DAS Kinderzimmer-Krems’. Students of the University of Continuing Education Krems have the opportunity to book childcare on an hourly basis during their courses with compulsory attendance (attendance phase) or if these are held virtually. Childcare is provided by a professionally trained kindergarten teacher with extensive experience in dealing with people.

Requirements:

  • Hand in the fully and correctly completed and signed application form. Please send the application by e-mail to ‘Das Kinderzimmer-Krems’ (claudia.ehrenreich [at] daskinderzimmer-krems.at (claudia[dot]ehrenreich[at]daskinderzimmer-krems[dot]at)) and cc to our ÖH office (buero [at] oeh-uwk.at (buero[at]oeh-uwk[dot]at)). In case you register on site, the form is available at ‘DAS Kinderzimmer-Krems’.
  • Continuing studies at the University for Continuing Education Krems
  • Participation in a course with compulsory attendance or if it is held virtually
  • Obligation to care for a child (age 18 months to 11 years)
  • Consent of the applicant to carry out random checks of the data provided

Tuesday to Friday:   13:00 – 19:00
Saturday:                  09:00 – 13:00
