Then our Master's thesis workshop on ‘Topic identification and exposé creation for Master's students’ is the right place for you!
Topics of the 4-part workshop:
Part 1: Creative methods for finding topics, researching and narrowing down the topic, structuring topic areas, deriving the state of research
Part 2: Specification of the problem, research question(s) and objectives, creation and structure of research exposés, storytelling as a method of communication in research
Part 3: Overview of methods and selection of suitable methodology, from data collection to data analysis and presentation of results, structure of the Master's thesis along the chosen research topic
Part 4: Citation forms and citation programmes, tips against writer's block, reflection and recapitulation of the contents of the workshops, presentation of the exposés and feedback from the lecturer.
Cost contribution:
As a service offered by the ÖH-UWK, the seminar is free of charge for students of the University for Continuing Education Krems. Please note the cancellation and attendance conditions!
Cancellation and attendance:
Cancellation of participation must be made in writing (e-mail etc.). A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for cancellations within 5 days before the start of the course. This fee will also be charged if no attendance of at least 70% is proven by the course management for the entire course series.
